I need more than one certification. Do I need separate audits?
No. We combine them into one coordinated visit wherever the schemes allow it, including halal alongside food safety and product claims. How combined audits work.
My customer specified a JAS-ANZ accredited certificate. Can you help?
Tell us exactly what the requirement says and we will confirm the right pathway for you, rather than sell you something that will not satisfy it.
I am not sure which standard I need.
Send us what your customer wrote. Nine times out of ten the requirement names it, and where it does not we will tell you which one actually fits.
Can you consult on our system as well?
No, and no accredited certification body should. ACERTA audits and certifies. We do not build the systems we assess, because a certificate issued on a system we designed would be worth nothing to the customer who asked you for it.
