We review your systems, policies and evidence against the NDIS Practice Standards and run a full mock audit, so you know exactly where you stand before your registration audit.
Read this first
Your NDIS registration audit itself must be conducted by an NDIS Approved Quality Auditor. ACERTA Certification and Inspection Pty Ltd is not currently an Approved Quality Auditor. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission has paused new auditor applications pending its 2026 review, and we have registered our interest.
Until that changes, we help you get ready, and you engage an approved auditor for the certification audit itself. We would rather tell you that now than after you have paid us.
What a readiness review covers
- Gap analysis against the NDIS Practice Standards relevant to your registration groups
- Review of your policies, procedures and practice guidance
- Evidence review — whether what you do is actually documented and demonstrable
- Worker screening, training records and supervision arrangements
- Incident management, complaints and restrictive practice records
- Participant files, consent, plans and outcome records
- Governance, risk management and continuous improvement
Mock audit
We run the audit the way your Approved Quality Auditor will: interviews with management and support workers, participant file sampling, and evidence testing against each standard. You get a written report with findings rated the way an auditor would rate them, and a clear list of what to fix and in what order.
Why providers do this
A failed or heavily conditioned registration audit costs time, money and sometimes participants. A readiness review is a fraction of that cost and gives you the chance to fix problems while they are still cheap to fix.
There is also a deadline worth noting. From 1 July 2026, Supported Independent Living providers and NDIS digital platform providers must be registered, under new SIL Practice Standards. If that captures you and you are not yet registered, the work starts now.
Who we work with
- Supported Independent Living providers
- Community and in-home support providers
- Allied health and therapeutic supports
- Plan management and support coordination
- Providers transitioning from unregistered to registered
Talk to us about a readiness review — tell us your registration groups and your audit date, and we will tell you what we would look at and what it would cost.
